We work with home movers who can easily move a home up to 16’ wide, 48’ long, and 12’ tall. Larger homes require special permitting that can be costly and time consuming to acquire; though these homes can be transported in special circumstances, they are often best built on site.

Though Lindale Construction does not offer in-house financing, we do work with a lender. However, we have found that home buyers have had better success getting preapproved and lower rates locally. Check with your local bank to see if that is an option for you!

Lindale Construction can absolutely add an appliance package to your tiny home or cottage! We do build our homes to accommodate standard appliances making it easier for you to choose the ones that best fit your need.
